All children have supervised access to a computers

The Foundation Stage is the name given to the class  which includes children up to the end of their Reception year. Mrs Thompson and Mrs Arnold teach the  Foundation Stage children from the term after the one in which they are four.  The children spend one or two terms attending part time (depending on when their birthday falls) before starting full time in the same class.

There is an excellent staff:pupil ratio for their first introduction to school life.  We have 2 teaching assistants assigned to Class 1, as well as a teacher who will be in overall charge.

Children may attend for up to five sessions per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and Tuesday afternoon.

Most children stay for a school dinner on Tuesday and as this helps the them get used to staying for a whole

day, the step up to full time education is quite seemless.
